This project included the construction of a new pool house and renovation to the existing building. The new section of the building was constructed using tilt-up concrete panels, while renovations to the existing building involved demolition of the change rooms and conversion to an administrative area. New masonry , trusses and doors & windows were added to modernize the space. A breezeway and exterior cladding between the two building provide a seamless transition.

Additionally, a refrigerated rink slab and dasher boards were constructed for an ice rinbk during the winter months and a splash pad for the community to enjoy in the summer.

Utilities upgrades were also construction to provide a new water main and electrical services.
