This project included the development of existing city owned land to construct a 8700SF storage warehouse. The building stands a total of 53FT tall, composed of 13FT concrete walls and 40FT wood stud (LVL) walls. The trusses at the time were the longest continuous wood truss in the city of Ottawa.

Additional features include a large parking lot, stormwater management system, a reservoir pond as well as significant regrading and landscaping.
