3,500 square foot renovation to convert existing office space to new office and residential units. Work included a new slab infill to separate the spaces as well as new partitions, electrical & data, 4 new washrooms and kitchens, high end millwork and improvements to accessibility. The modernization of finishes provided a clean and professional feel to the once cramped and dated space.
